How do I hire a dress?

How long is the hire period?

Our prices include a standard 4 day hire period however we offer an extended
hire of 8 days for an extra $50, you just need to select the extended hire
option at check out.

How do I return the dress?

We include pre-paid return envelopes so all you have to do is pack it up and send it back to us the next business day after your hire.

Do we clean the dress before returning?

No! Just post the dress back and we take care of the dry-cleaning for you.

What happens if I get a stain on the dress?

Don’t stress! All we ask is that you do not try to clean it yourself and let us know what the stain is so that the dry-cleaner can use the correct products to remove it.

What happens if I damage the dress?

We offer free damage insurance up to $50 for repairs, just let us know as soon as possible. For repairs over $50, you will incur the fee.

Can I cancel an order, and do you offer refunds/store credit?
If given 4 weeks notice, you may cancel your order for a store credit of 50%
of the cost of the hire. If within the 4-week time frame, no store credit will be
received. No refunds are given.
